Makingdo - thank you very much for your reading, it is very accurate! I believe much of it relates to my sister and her step-nephew, and the decisions she has made lately regarding his care. Looking forward to an unplanned pregnancy, woo-hoo, though dh may not be too happy (the first card obviously relates to him, we have one child but he doesn't want any more, and I haven't been able to sway his decision - but if fate were to intervene....!)
