I'll get straight to the point.
A few months ago (I believe July 2023), I found a psychic medium offering readings via Facebook messenger call or phone call. I was skeptical at first, being that she was on Facebook, until I saw her reviews. Countless people were praising her and saying she was spot on. I ended up sending her a message and was surprised to see she only charged 35 pounds which is pretty good. Her Facebook name is Ruby Reading, and she is from Wales.
She scheduled my reading for that night at 9:15. I was surprised it was going to be so quick but agreed nonetheless. She ended up being about 20 mins late calling me but her reading was so spot on and I enjoyed it thoroughly so I was pleased.
Fast forward to last week. I booked her in and let her know I was available from Thurs the 29th as I would be on vacation. She gave me the time of 8:15pm. So I arrived home from holidays all bubbly, and was also excited to be getting my reading that evening. WRONG.
8:15 came and went. Then 9pm came around. I had sent her a fb message at 9 asking her if the reading was still going ahead (though I had hoped so, considering she had taken my fucking money). She replied to me at 9:15pm saying she was "just running a wee bit behind." I told her "no worries" but I was getting impatient.
At 9:35 I get a call that rang twice then disconnected. Then again a minute later. I firmly believe she was calling, waiting for the ring, and then immediately hanging up before I could answer the phone.
I tried calling her back 3 times, at 9:36, 9:37 and 9:40 respectively. No response from her any of those times. In fact, the first two calls I got a popup saying she was in another call. Third call, she hung up and pretended it didn't go through.
At 9:43, I received a fb message from her stating she had "ran over time" with another client. She proceeded to ask me if Monday evening was okay, and then in the same message, said "or actually I will try get you in for this Saturday morning if that works for you."
I agreed to Saturday morning (today) despite being cross. She gave me a time of 10 to 10:30am. Well, as of when I am typing this, it is 11:12. She has not responded to my Facebook message, and she has not responded to my text message, either.
Just a word of caution about her to anyone considering booking her or if you come across her as she is completely unreliable. Will be asking for a refund if she tries to reschedule again. And I was going to post this regardless of if I get my reading or not as this is totally unprofessional behaviour. If I wrote it on her fb wall, she could easily delete it so I said I'd post it here instead.
