Ruby Reading - medium on fb

Hi, all.

I'll get straight to the point.
A few months ago (I believe July 2023), I found a psychic medium offering readings via Facebook messenger call or phone call. I was skeptical at first, being that she was on Facebook, until I saw her reviews. Countless people were praising her and saying she was spot on. I ended up sending her a message and was surprised to see she only charged 35 pounds which is pretty good. Her Facebook name is Ruby Reading, and she is from Wales.

She scheduled my reading for that night at 9:15. I was surprised it was going to be so quick but agreed nonetheless. She ended up being about 20 mins late calling me but her reading was so spot on and I enjoyed it thoroughly so I was pleased.

Fast forward to last week. I booked her in and let her know I was available from Thurs the 29th as I would be on vacation. She gave me the time of 8:15pm. So I arrived home from holidays all bubbly, and was also excited to be getting my reading that evening. WRONG.

8:15 came and went. Then 9pm came around. I had sent her a fb message at 9 asking her if the reading was still going ahead (though I had hoped so, considering she had taken my fucking money). She replied to me at 9:15pm saying she was "just running a wee bit behind." I told her "no worries" but I was getting impatient.

At 9:35 I get a call that rang twice then disconnected. Then again a minute later. I firmly believe she was calling, waiting for the ring, and then immediately hanging up before I could answer the phone.

I tried calling her back 3 times, at 9:36, 9:37 and 9:40 respectively. No response from her any of those times. In fact, the first two calls I got a popup saying she was in another call. Third call, she hung up and pretended it didn't go through.

At 9:43, I received a fb message from her stating she had "ran over time" with another client. She proceeded to ask me if Monday evening was okay, and then in the same message, said "or actually I will try get you in for this Saturday morning if that works for you."

I agreed to Saturday morning (today) despite being cross. She gave me a time of 10 to 10:30am. Well, as of when I am typing this, it is 11:12. She has not responded to my Facebook message, and she has not responded to my text message, either.

Just a word of caution about her to anyone considering booking her or if you come across her as she is completely unreliable. Will be asking for a refund if she tries to reschedule again. And I was going to post this regardless of if I get my reading or not as this is totally unprofessional behaviour. If I wrote it on her fb wall, she could easily delete it so I said I'd post it here instead.

This one is a scam artist and unreliable. The scam is what she'll say, not that she's flaky. Those are 2 different issues.

Well I wish I had seen this before I booked in!

I was tagged in a special offer post and I sent a message requesting a reading like you I was quite surprised that she was able to fit me in 2 days later I transferred the money and she messaged me to say I was all booked in for 8:30 on Monday. I thought I'll send a message to make sure the reading was still going ahead that day and she responded to me at 7:30 on the Monday to say she had made a mistake and it was actually the Tuesday! Fair enough we all make mistakes. Sitting on the Tuesday, psyched up for my reading and as I'm on my phone a missed call on messenger pops up it didn't even ring, like what you said she's maybe allowing it to ring once and cutting it off. She then messages me 35 minutes after I'm due to have my reading to say I've tried a few times the signal is really bad I'm sorry can I call you tomorrow! Poor show I've never experienced that before! Can I ask did you receive a refund or did you eventually get your reading?

Hi I seen a friend post a special offer from this ruby reading and decided to try her this was a cpl of yrs ago and it was only a five min thing but she was good so roll on few weeks back and we decided to contact her and do a group booking she took deposits which left £15 (£35in total) pp on the night she came in some said she was good but most we had roughly 5mins and mine was rubbish but i thought its maybe just not happening for me as not everyone gets good reading anyway I contact her after we had all discussed how we got on and one girl didn’t get a reading at all nothing related to her and she told her that night ruby tried taking the girl in twice but nope nothing and not a penny refund and when I contacted her she completely ignored me even though the msg was read but the weird thing was when she arrived/left she spotted our ring doorbell and covered her face telling me it was nature of the job🤷‍♀️I thought she was local to glasgow all I know is she lost a sister last year roughly but lesson learnt!😭🙄
