Trumpet sounds in the sky

I posted this in the unexplained/paranormal as well, but its not woo. Serious question-did anyone hear a very loud, melodious trumpet sound yesterday in the North West of England?I was inside a building, and it sounded like it was coming from the sky. Lasted approx. 10 seconds.

Probably something to do with the snow.

Are you by the sea?

Was it a very tall building? I know the Beetham Tower in Manchester hums when it's windy.

This is a well known phenomenon - look it up. It's something to do with air pressure, I'm sure I watched a documentary that included it once...
