Thank you all for reaching out and for your prayers. I am touched deeply. Seeing the messages throughout the day has been a real comfort and has encouraged me to get up and on. There's actually so much I want to write here but I am overwhelmed with emotions presently. Just know you have made a huge difference to a stranger in need, and, you did that with no expectation of anything in return. It may feel small to you but for me today, it is everything. God bless.

I've been sitting contemplating this.
God is love itself. I know it is only through His love that we are truly able to love others. But to actually imagine God's perfect love - well, that is beyond me!

And there is peace to be found in that. Thank you. X

Oh honey. I've been there. I've just prayed you would know His peace, His love and His arms wrapped tightly around you.

Fwiw, I took great comfort knowing my bestie was finally at peace after being troubled for so long. I took a bigger comfort knowing she was with Him. I don't believe the Bible talks about suicide being a mortal sin. I know it's so hard right now, but choosing to set your eyes on Him and resting in Him for your daily strength is the best place to be.

I’ve prayed. I don't think of it as ‘ commuted’ suicide. It’s death by suicide. The mind can be a very troubled place. I hope you find some comfort in this thread x

Sorry for your loss and know it's not your fault. Suicide survivors ( those of us left behind) often feel that it is. Go easy on yourself.
