Carbon Fast for Lent. Anyone interested in doing this?

Our fellowship on Sunday was talking about Tearfund's campaign to encourage people to do a Carbon Fast for Lent this year. So that might mean living without a high energy lightbulb for 40 days or a carbon munching appliance or maybe only filling your kettle for what you need - you know the sort of thing.

Further information is here including the order form for a free leaflet.

I don't normally do anything for Lent as I'm not Catholic/Anglican or part of traditional Church culture, but this actually sounds like a good focus on our responsibilities as stewards

Hi bobsmum, I have signed up for this, looks interesting. Hopefully it's stuff we can think about as a family too.
