Any Jewish people from N London?

Bit of an odd one.... I watched and loved Strictly Kosher, the marriage one and just found Two Jews on a Cruise. Rabbi Gaby Lock and his wife seemed absolutely lovely, him being a bit eccentric seeming. I googled him and was very sad to discover his wife had died, but discovered his blog and have fallen down the rabbit hole and I'm both intrigued and horrified in equal measure.
What is the deal with him? Is he mentally ill, an attention seeker or something else? He curses not only the goyim but his orthodox community too. How do the community deal with him? I couldn't help feeling very sorry for him, he seems very lonely since his wife died.

@Delectable ive since name changed, but both the programs are available on YouTube to watch. He comes across as a bit of a character on both, but it's on his blog that he's a lot more 'colourful'. I've since discovered that other (Jewish) people have blogs and they talk about him, he seems well known in Stamford Hill.
