Learning Namaz

Hi Mumsnetters
I was wondering as a Muslim if I wanted to learn namaz what the best way to do so would be?

Should I watch on You Tube and follow the steps? I also don't know what to recite.

I'm not able to go into my local mosque as there isn't one where I live!

You could possibly look for some basic books on here, some may come with audio CDs etc. to tell you which duas and Surah that you need to recite at which parts of the prayer.

Some Childrens resources are really good for beginners as they break it up really well with diagrams, with the essential info discussed etc

the best way would be to use childrens books .. "child's gift" is very good .. as is there a prayer mat for reverts .. i'm using the childrens ones for my wee ones as they love the interacting part of it..
