i have had alcohol, and mu blocking of psychomum went tits up.

I really need some supprt, I had alcohol and have let in a whole pile of bad crap that I can't manage to block properly.

if you could send some sort of strength to my pendulum then I could really use it now.

I am much much better now - I spent yesterday ill (stomach bug), hungover and completely drained by all of that. Today I am just a bit wibbly and trying to avoid all people - I seem to be absorbing everyone a bit too much still.

have you tried shielding yourself wearing a very shiny suit of armour?
my dd was suffering quite a few nightmares and this stopped. now i forget to do it, and she is getting restless at night now.

I normally have a shieldy bubble up (I used to just pick up on Psycho when she had extreme feelings, then it started being most of her feelings... then it spread to anyone around me) - I go a little crazy with no shield at all.

I think it was the alcohol that broke it.

Weirdly, I wanted my shields down so I could feel MumOfMonsters on Thursday, and I must have whacked em all back up after Monday night without noticing because there were a hell of a lot of layers to break through, and even then I didn't pick up like normal.

You need to ask your higher self to shield you every day, and call on Archangel Michael to help shield you and your home too.
