Reading for Lent

Has anyone got any suggestions of things to read during Lent?

I started going to church again last summer and am trying to see if can rediscover some faith. I haven't had much success so far and I thought Lent might be good time to see if I can build a relationship with God.

It would be great if anyone had any suggestions of anything I could read that might help with this.

Hello. I've just noticed your post - sorry returning to church hasn't been too helpful for you. Have you thought about trying a different church? Does your church have small groups? I found that joining a small mid-week group really helped me connect with others and Jesus. That and various podcasts and worship music on YouTube!

Regarding reading - Journey to the Heart of Easter from Our Daily Bread might be useful.

Not sure if its the sort of thing you mean, but I'm doing Give God Five this year.
