It did highlight used letters for me.

I found it harder than Wordle for some reason, but fun.

I find it harder because obviously the answer has something to do with Lent & spirituality so the range of words it can be is narrower. I don't think I have got a single word in less than 4 and most in 5.

Has anyone done today's Lentle? I failed and am confused!

Think I may have picked a bad day to try this - nothing seems to work with the letters I have confirmed!

Today’s was six letters long but there was only room for five letters!

I want there to be a Yentl where Barbara Streisand pops up as a rabbi when you get the word

I think the makers made a mistake today - I had all 5 letters right, 2 of them in the correct position, there was only one possible order for the letters but it didn't make a word. So I put a random word with other letters in to get the answer, and the answer has 6 letters, not 5.

It gave me the screen for a 5 letter word but the "answer" was a 6 letter word! It was impossible for me to guess right because it had told me there was an R in there but in neither the 1st nor 3rd space and there were no other spaces.

Terrible programming

That's a relief! Glad to see that it was the programme and not me for once! Right, better get back to my Lent knitalong, at least that seems to be working as it should.😁
