Does anyone know of any Christian Schools in the East of England? I know the Christian Schools Trust schools...Takeley, Harpenden...
Are there any more?

You could ask the church.

OhWifey · 16/01/2022 13:31

Which church do you mean? Church of England? I'm really talking about Independent Schools

New Hall Chelmsford (Catholic independent)

Framlingham is C of E.

Can you be more specific about the area and the religion you are looking for?

Thanks. Ideally east of Oxford, south of Nottingham, north of the south coast! Christian - evangelical

There certainly used to be an independent Christian school called Emmanuel Christian School in Oxford with a (quite conservative I think?) evangelical ethos. That ethos isn't my thing but I used to know ppl who sent their kids there back in the day. I'm guessing if you got in touch with them they might be able to point you to like-minded schools a bit to the east, as I got the impression that that particular subculture of indy schools was quite tightknit.

Also not wanting to have a go but...judging by the organisation you mentioned you're obviously looking for a conservative evangelical ethos, which is fine'n'all, but you'll get more useful replies if you specify that rather than just saying 'Christian'.
