I’ve just downloaded The Daily Stoic and am doing a daily reading and journal reflection. Have also ordered books by Marcus Aurelius and Seneca. Was wondering if anyone else was interested in this?

Thank you for reminding me, OP! I downloaded the Daily Stoic a while back and was doing well at reading one each day, fell off the wagon some time before Christmas and had completely forgotten about it!

I find it's almost always the Marcus Aurelius quotes which speak to me most. What a wise man! I'm quite interested in Buddhism too, and I find some of the Stouc stuff chimes in quite well with that.

I haven’t done a lot of reading yet. Just waiting for my Amazon order to arrive, but I used to read a lot of Taoist books and do Tai Chi and it seems very compatible with that too.

There's a synchronicity of universal messages from ancient and modern teachings. Especially the vedanta teaching.
