A Thread for remembering those not here this Christmas

I would like to remember my grandmother, I miss her dearly, so much so that seeing a very spiky royal iced cake in Marks and Spencer made me cry yesterday (you couldn't bite into that stuff)

I love and miss you and I think of you every day over this time as you made my Christmases special

I'll be thinking of my lovely Godfather who died on 11th Dec, just a few weeks after being diagnosed with cancer. He was 66 and just about to start enjoying his retirement in Cumbria. We travelled up to the Midlands for his funeral on Weds, it was hard because it's the journey we made every Christmas in the past to go and celebrate Christmas with him and his family, great times. I'll miss him very much.

Loving memories of one so dear,
Treasured still with a love sincere,
In our hearts she is living yet,
We loved her too dearly to forget.

Amyjades Dd, my niece, Freya Rose. She only had 2 Christmases We will never forget them.xxxx

I will be thinking about the family and friends of one of my students and hoping that they find some comfort in happy memories this Christmas.

Our friend's mum who has just been devastated by her dh's suicide.

Gran, uncle kev, gramps, grandad, jeoff, ian and benj. Miss you all so much.

i will be thinking of my fil roy who was mr christmas himself, my greatgran and my grandad. but most of all i will be thinkingof sonia my sil who died of cancer in feb this year and i will be doing all i can to make it bearable for ste, becca and anthony

My mother...she hated Christmas because she'd had a terrible childhood.
But she always made it a good time for us, her children.
