If I was looking for a church, does anybody know the website which lists those that are local?

I remember seeing a thread few months ago where somebody wanted to find a church and somebody suggested a website which provided a list of all the churchs local to a particular postcode (I think).

Does anybody know what it is please?

I noticed at the time that the church we have been going to recently wasn't on there and now wants to be included.

Thank you.

is it www.churchnet.org.uk? I'm typing one handed so googling isn't an option

Thanks SueBaRoom. Not sure if this is the one I am thinking of but it definitely the sort of thing I am after.

It doesn't seem to be working properly at the moment though so I will have to keep checking back. Hopefully they are just doing some maintenance.

yellow pages has a church section, not what you mean but if the other site dosn't crop up its worth a try?

Its "A church near you" that you want, assuming its an Anglican church:

www.acny.org.uk

It is Anglican.

Thanks very much for your help everybody.
