Smudging smell

I smudged a room in my house today with white sage. First experience using sage and I didn't realise the smell would be quite so, I guess, potent!
Dh has come in and said the place smells like weed.

Anyone know how to clear the smell? Opened the windows but its still lingering!

I am not a huge fan. You can use other herbs and botanicals, or a smoke free version- a spray.

It's where you burn sage in your house so that it gives off smoke. It's meant to purify and cleanse your surroundings from negative energy I believe.

I wasn't aware there was a spray! Must take a look into that!

Sage spray or try burning Palo Santo. Also incense works too.
