Anybody else wake up at 4.30am today

Dp and I (not living together) both did. No idea why. Apparently it was the time of the summer solstice. Love a nice woo random thing.

I did too! The birds were really yelling, so thought it that.

Not today but DS (4) has woken up at 4.30 every day for the last week.

Today it was 5.30.

It’s when it suddenly got bright here (was already awake). Dawn proper was a bit before that, but then at half past it was suddenly, noticeably lighter and louder (birdsong). So you and your DP and the birds all probably noticed the difference, even while unconscious.

The birds definitely noticed. Noisy gits
