I don't really know how to describe this.

But my other half always call me a jinx, if something is going to go wrong it will when I'm about.
I could mention so many things, like today I went to post off to return a parcel, they scanned it and it came up as void, I was in there ages trying to sort it out in the end it got sorted.
Just little things like that really,
Had new door fitted , the glass didn't fit so had to be replaced then the cat flap was wrong so that took time to replace.
Just things like that really.

I'm very spiritual, have lots of lovely friends and I'm quite happy go lucky.

But there's just something I can't explain ??
Is there any crystals or anything I could change this?
I hope it make sense xx

Sounds like normal life to me.

Thinks that go wrong are always easier to remember than the things that go according to plan and are then dismissed by the brain.

Once you think you notice a trend, it becomes self perpetuating.

Things go wrong for everyone, all the time. You don't need any crystals Smile.

I often think of things and then they happen. 🤷‍♀️

VegetarianDeathCult · 06/03/2021 22:59

This is silly, OP. It’s normal life to have minor things go wrong. Post office scanners are notoriously temperamental, and the badly-fitting door and cat flap is surely more indicative of crappy service from a company who don’t measure or fit properly than if you being a ‘jinx’.

There is a theory that if you believe something to be lucky then it may actually increase your luck. There was a study on a village where they developed a story about a lucky stone I think, I'm going to go look it up. I.think it works both way and its about noticing and perception. Like you are looking out for those negative things and when they happen you notice and ascribe meaning to them, but you aren't doing that when positive things happen so your perception is that you're unlucky.
Buy a crystal, if you believe that it can change your luck it might.

Derren Brown did an experiment on luck - it's on YouTube, which I don't know how to link on my phone, Google 'secret of luck'

mibbelucieachwell · 06/03/2021 23:17

It might be that you aren't noticing all the things that go well, the serendipities, times you avoid bad luck etc. So it just seems like you're a jinx.

I’m a Christian. We are spiritual beings. There is good and bad with that. If you’re using things like crystals, tarot etc, you open the door to negativity. I know because I was into all before my life changed forever.

Don’t get me wrong, things don’t go right all the time. When it’s consistent and making you question yourself (like you are), then I would say it’s a spiritual attack. Something it’s trying to unsettle you and encourage you to sin at some point.

It’s probably sounds controversial and silly for most but if you are genuinely interested in breaking it off. I’m here 😊
