I would say, please listen to yourself and give yourself time and space. Seek out the quiet moments, take a walk in nature if you can, listen to relaxing music... Anything to afford yourself some space for your mind to quiet.
When that happens... Then listen.

I’ve a lot of emotions at the moment. I’ve been listening to sleep meditations the last couple of nights and that helps also. 🙏
