i understand that our thoughts determine our feelings, our feelings become our deeds etc
i understand that happiness is from the inside out and not the other way around
i understand that what we focus on gets bigger and that we attract what we think about.
but, how the hell do you choose your thoughts?
i can sit down and puposefully think positive about somethings but unwanted thoughts just pop up all the time!
i don't want to think irritated or angry thoughts about my partner, i want loving thoughts lol but it seems beyond my control.
please explain...if you can
btw i have recently read every manifesting, law of attraction, cosmic ordering, positive thinking etc book in the library and i still don't get it
