Tarot Reading 8 of Swords advice?

Over the past few weeks I've been drawing out the 8 of swords a lot when I've been using my tarot cards, I had a professional reading earlier this week and it came out again. I know it means constraints and biding but I need to know if anyone has any advice on how I move on and break the chains from this please? I don't feel like I have any past that I need to deal with in order for me to move on but I may have deep down that I don't think about. I just don't know how I can move on or what I can do to help myself to move on. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Suzie. I used to read tarot but I don't any more because I became a Christian. In my experience it is easy to interpret the cards how we want to. That is part of their appeal. From your post it sounds like you think you are being held back by some kind of bondage. Can I suggest that you pray about it? It can't do any harm and it might help.

Maybe reshuffle your deck more thoroughly?

It was a different deck from a different person, it came out on mine and on a professional reading too within the same week

You said it kept coming up on yours. It came up on the other person's once, presumably. Hardly beyond the realms of coincidence if you need to shuffle yours more.

The card shows a bound and blindfolded woman partially surrounded by swords. It signifies someone thinking they are trapped or imprisoned but if they took off the blindfold they would see the way out. Are you in any situation where you feel powerless but, in fact, could change your viewpoint to change it? There is water at her feet signifying intuition so, if you don't know what this relates to, stop thinking logically and try your intuition
If all else fails draw a qualifying card and see if that gives you more information or clues
