Never heard of it, but it sounds like good old Positive Mental Attitude given modern spin.

No idea, but it sounds like if you don't get healed it's all your fault?

I ask because I park my car in the local branche's garden on the school run and it seems impolite to abuse them in this way and remain ignorant.

Oh, okay. This is very much like Christian Science and other New Thought religions. The idea is that illness (for example) is a manifestation of negative thought rather than physical problems, and if we all lost our fearful thoughts and just had loving ones, no-one would be ill.

In that case I shall continue to park there unabashed.
