Women of Faith married to men with Asperger's?

Long time lurker, posting first time. I've been following a particular thread on the Relationships board and have just made my first post there:
www.mumsnet.com/Talk/relationships/3524836-Married-to-someone-with-Aspergers-support-thread-4-replacement-one?pg=11

I've invited women of faith interested in 'meeting' on a private forum to discuss issues of faith within an 'Aspie' marriage to message me, and extend the same invitation here. Thanks.

I'm sorry, what are you talking about?

colouringinpro · 16/04/2019 01:39

Hi Ali, see my post in the relationships thread.

@englishdictionary The thread I linked to focuses on women married to men with Asperger's - like me. As a Christian, I not only struggle with aspects of my husband's behaviour, but also issues that are specific to my faith. I've invited other women of faith in same position to join me on a private forum to discuss these issues if they wish.

@colouringinpro I saw your post (thanks) and replied.

What private forum?

What's wrong with this forum?

mostlydrinkstea · 16/04/2019 08:42

The problem with the philosophy and religion board is the same as on all the boards on mumsnet. There are people who come onto threads to tell you you are wrong. There are atheists here whose mission is to show women of faith the error of their ways. The woke do the same on the feminism boards. Maybe pets are full of cat haters and anti horse people in litter tray and tack room.

That said I'm a Christian and separated from my husband who may be on the spectrum. He is off on a mission to be happy which is ironic as he says he doesn't feel emotion.

@englishdictionary What private forum? One that I own. What's wrong with this forum? @mostlydrinkstea has explained. that.

Again, my post is simply an invitation to women of faith in the same position as me to join me if they wish.
