No but a very good friend swears by the power of positive affirmations - even people who are not usually interested in 'alternative beliefs' find her spookily accurate and believe in her intuition. I have a list of positive affirmations, a kind of a mantra, which I say every morning and every evening.

lissie · 06/07/2007 19:45

how do they work?

OP posts:
lulumama · 07/07/2007 13:04

honey, i have used a fertility stone, and lent it to some of my girlfriends ... to heavy and fragile to post to you though
it is a massive chunk of rose quartz ,that my sister bought for me as a wedding gift....i lent it to 3 girlfriends who were having difficulty conceiving, they all conceived after having it with them

coincidence? who knows, but it worked

maybe the feeling of doing something positive would be good

there is something you could try. my doula trainer does this, she is in the midlands, Maya abdominal massage

details here!

lissie · 07/07/2007 18:59

thank you Lulu, the symptoms for a displaced uterus were eerily familiar. have emailed her asking for more details.

MerlinsBeard · 07/07/2007 19:06

i was actually just checking that you weren't still "active" lissie iyswim. i have a small rose quartz that i would be happy to send to you if you want me to. mumofmonsters at gmail dot com.

i'm not set back too much. i tread a very fine line anyway but i also don't want to lose my boys so won't ever get that bad again. its hard to explain really but i am ok, not a danger to myself, ty for asking x

lissie · 07/07/2007 19:10

thank you MoM, have been thinking of you. your boys are very lucky to have you?

OP posts:
MerlinsBeard · 07/07/2007 19:16

did you mean that as a question? lol!!

lissie · 07/07/2007 19:21
