This year I'm writing down my intentions anyone like to join?
We joined the NT recently so this year I intend to at least once a week visit a new property (or an old fave) enjoy a good walk then a nice cuppa in the cafe.
To stop taking my phone to bed, leaving it downstairs which will hopefully help with my poor sleep.

I find writing my intentions helps me keep focused on what I want to achieve. Anyone else like to share?
