Crystal Healing- afterwards!!

I had my 1st crystal healing today, and it was so unreal! I have had Reki before, but this seemed so much more powerful! I almost felt sea sick during it, very weird! since i felt VERY emotional, i nearly cried just because i couldnt put my car radio in properly! She adviced me to drink lots of water, but does anyone else have any other advice? and is the emotional thing normal?

Well apart from a stinking cold i seem to have picked up today i am ok!! Ever since i have been strangly drawn to my rose quartz though, and i am feeling emotionaly stronger for it! (very complicated love life going on!!) I think i am going to look into a course or something about crystals, and how to meditate with them. I think i have a very strong connection with them, and i think they will also help to extend my spirtual and psychic abilities, which i know i have.

I'm getting quite into this too, I've bought a crystal book to look into making jewellery with crystals/stones, but am fascinated by their properties.

Yes i have the crystal bible as i have already mentioned!! its great because it tells you all about how they are formed, how they can be used and then has an a-z of all known crystals and lots of pics so i can look through to identify them!

I have a lovely crystal collection , they really do ignite a meditation. Just get lazy cleansing them and then re charging them every time I use them. each one needs something diff to charge , so they end up at front of house in a dish for the sun , buried or just sitting under the stars!

whizz real crystals in jewellery is lovely and very special. Ive got a thing about really really chunky statement stuff , so its gonna cost me a bomb !
