What song was this on Premier Praise?

I heard a lovely song on Premier Praise but didn’t catch the title or artist. It is slow and starts with a single voice (choir/classical sounding) singing hallelujah. Then a more ‘modern’ male voice sings simple phrases like ‘worthy is the lamb’.

Anyone know what it is? I’m hoping it’s available to buy. Thank you in advance!

Ha! I'm reasonably adept at deciphering pretty cryptic stuff. (Plus it's one of the few CCM songs I rather like, so I'm familiar with it!)
