I normally come on here all scared, so I thought I should let you know when its good stuff too.
I decided a few weeks ago to let myself open up to everything more, not to be scared of whatever it is I am meant to be doing/experiencing.
The various empath feelings have been floating too, but as often as possible I have a bubble up so I can feel them, but not take them to heart iyswim....
A couple of days ago I had my first happy experience with it rather than panic/distress etc
I have learnt to recognise that its not my feelings, and I am even starting to be able to pinpoint who they do belong to.
Feeling so much more confident, and I think a lot of that is down to you guys answering my questions (or pointing out that I already know the answers StG), and giving me the strength to accept it.
