Searching for a hymn - can anyone help?

I’m looking for the music for a hymn I sang when I was much younger but I can’t find the music online. I now run a school children’s choir and we have been asked to sing at the harvest festival. I remember this as being easy to learn and sing and I’d love to track it down. I remember the words as:
In the Earth a small seed is hidden
And lies unseen until it is hidden by
Springtime stirring up to the sunlight and
Summer ripening.
Golden is the harvest and precious the bread that
You are, and give to us, Lord.

I think there were other verses but I can’t remember those. I’m wondering if it is known by a title other than the first line and that is why I can’t find it. If anyone can help, I’d be really grateful.

A google of your first line and the word hymn after it brought me to this hymn book, apparently it’s on that?
There’s one available on eBay for mot much.
