Incredibly honoured that my future SIL has just asked me to be godmother to her newborn baby boy.
My fiancé is already godfather to her first child and for his christening he got him a silver pocket watch.
I’d like to get something similar, ie along the adult keepsake lines, but something different - we are different people and I don’t want us to treat our godchildren identically just because we are married and they are brothers.
What did you buy your godson? What did people buy your godson that you loved (or didn’t like, both are useful to know!)
