hypnotherapy to stop smoking

not sure if its the right topic, but am smoking more than ever at the moment, and i have no will power either

any thoughts on if it works and/or any reccomendations?

oo yes that sounds good squonk, i'm normally available saturday nights at the moment and some fridays.

anybody else up for it in the hull/yorkshire are? or anybody that wants to travel to the hull/yorkshire area?

obviously squonk, i will not be drinking, and you will not be able to smoke!

I'll start a thread in meet-ups, we'll see where we get to. I can't manage Saturdays, so if you keep an eye out for the thread, and let me know which Fridays you can do, we'll pick one of those?
