My boss is an EFT practitioner, but the tapping one (which incidentally was amazing when she did it on me) not the one you're after, so I'll bump this again for you .

Yes, it was. I wouldn't have believed it unless I'd had it done. I was spaced out for the rest of the day and felt very relaxed.
