Hi. Well I haven't read your DNA thread and I don't know much about Reiki (so I bet your wondering what I'm doing here)

but I did Dru Yoga for about 5 years and it incorporates many of the principles discussed on this thread along with the actual yoga practice. In other words, using meditaion, visualisation, energy releases, working with the chakras etc. to "combat the stresses of modern living." I have now switched to another form of yoga because personally I was looking for something more physically challenging but I can't recommend Dru Yoga highly enough if you want something that works with both the physical and the "mental/emotional" body. On a complete tangent this thread is really interesting because a friend of mine recently did a reiki course and at the time I thougth it was some type of massage. Knowing what i know now I can't think of anyone less suited to doing Reiki lol!!
