I'm giving up social media and having a bit of a cyber detox (gulp!)

I’m giving up crisps. And also working on reducing phone use before bed and during meals.

I know we're on day 3 of Lent and I have sworn a few times already - but I'm going to add 'no swearing' to my Lenten promise this year. If I do swear I'll put a pound in a jar and give it to charity.

Is 'bollocks' swearing? Grin
