What is an appropriate thing to say after someone has just joined a christian church as an adult member please? I am going to see my very good friend's lovely son make his promise in a service at his church this evening.

Thank you roundabouts It was a super evening. It's quite a commitment. A very thriving church with 23 new members joining on sunday.
