Christians - how do you celebrate Easter?

Feel the need to start some more Easter traditions. Thinking of dragging LOs up the hill for the sunrise service this year, we always egg roll after church, and have the Easter bunny (like that's in the Bible ) hide choc eggs in the garden. Ds usually gets a new book of the Easter story (but we do have rather a lot so may look for sticker book or similar this year).

What do you all do?

I can remember having a temper tantrum at the age of about six, because we were being made to go to church on Easter morning. I think I said something like

"Father XXX is just a mean horrid old man who wants to make us sit in a boring church all morning listening to him droning, when all everyone really wants to do is stay at home and eat their chocolate"

I only said it to my brother though, my mother would have brained me if she'd heard it

LOL Greensleeves!

That sounds just like my experience of church as a child!
