what does this dream mean

I had a dream last night where i lost one of my fingers in an accident. But i was holding my finger in the place where i should have a finger, there was no blood and the doctor couldnt immediatly fix it.

The stump bit didnt show and my hand just grew back immediatlty and looked perfectly normal with 3 fingers and one thumb.

How did the dream make you feel? I was alwats told it's not what happens in dreams that is important it is how they make you feel that tells you something! Not sure if this is true, I dream neartly every night!!

i felt releieved, like my hand should have been freaky but it wasnt, it looked quite normal. Noboby even noticed my hand had 3 fingers and one thumb as my overall hand shape was the same
