Church in Bushey

Good Morning everyone

I don't post very often on mumsnet, but read the posts avidly.

I'm posting this to see if anyone goes to a CofE church in Bushey Herts and would recommend it, or has any advice if finding the right one for me.

I have googled the churches and am thinking of visiting them all to see (that doesnt feel right not sure why) but if anyone has any advice I'd appreciate it.

Go and have and visit. It looks like three churches in a group and then another one which is Anglo Catholic and under a flying bishop. This is likely to be the most formal church but it may have a great community. When we turned up in my current parish my husband went church visiting and ended up at one of the smaller ones as the biggest one, which was very similar to the one we were in for 20 years, felt too big for where he is now. Give them a try and see where you are welcome.

Interesting greenheart, does your DH not worship in your church?

No he doesn't. In the early days he did but he found that he preferred to go elsewhere where he wasn't the priest's other half. I'm not sure my lot understand but the place he goes to does.
