'Happy' Easter?

Question from a non Christian.

What is the correct way to wish someone a 'Happy' Easter please? I want to give my neighbours a card but dont know what to write in it. Thank you

Happy Easter is fine. If they are religious you could wish them a happy and holy Easter season.
