Lucky charms, prayers etc

Does anyone believe in lucky charms, prayers, spells (or whatever you want to call them)?
Just wondering as I have a little photo that I carry around for good luck and I kind of believe it helps.
Any suggestions?

No, I don't believe in them - just superstition. Although I do have a picture of our lady of Loreto, patron saint of air travellers in my wallet when I take a plane which I know is completely ridiculous

I'm curious about this I suppose. I dont want to insult anyone who believes in this kind of thing. Just been reading something about cosmic ordering, on MN actually, and new age stuff, crystals etc.
Is it all superstition? I'd be interested to know what people do when they need a bit of good luck.
I have my little photo, and I ask it to help Blush, and when it works out I think yes he has helped but when things don't turn out so good I think bullshit.

You have just proved the effect called coincidence.
