There was a very cross women at the doctors today, who was swearing quite a lot but also made a comment amount my families religion (Muslim). Not a nice comment. The manager suggested we make a written complaint so that they can follow it up, but I'm not sure making a big deal will help. I've written the letter describing what happened but dh thinks I should leave it. Not sure what the right thing to do is, what would they do, contact her about it?

I would make the complaint leaving it. Even if they do nothing it's on record and if she behaves like that again they'll take it more seriously if she has form for this type of behaviour.
