rose quartz gemstones-what do i do with them

ive just bought these lovely rose quartz gemstones-and i want to know where i can put them to get the best possible effect.
and what do they do?

I've just started to collect crystals so know very little about them. Tbh I'm not of the opinion that they can change things, IYSWIM. I use them first b/c they are beautiful, and I love looking at them, and secondly b/c their 'attributes' act as a reminder to me about aspects of my life I want to work on. So my phantom quartz reminds me that I am interested in healing, and my rose quartz - the ones you have- stands for my relationship with dh - it is supposed to help romantic love.

I have a v. good book called The Crystal Bible, which includes how to meditate with them. if that is your thing, and contains details of what their attributes are. The shop where I buy my crystals from have it as their reference book. Cygnus have it on offer atm www.cygnus-books.co.uk. Hth.

Hi Just wondered how youre getting on with your crystals. Rose quartz is a very gentle stone which works with our love aspect, like you said. Its also a nice stone to put under your pillow at night to create a restful sleep. Crystals like to recharge their batteries once in a while, they like to sit on a window ledge and soak up the sun light/moon light for a day. See how they gleam afterwards. They also should be cleansed regularly, let me know if you are interested in how to do this. Take care.

I bought the rose quartz gemstones and have placed them in the south west corner of my bedroom. I have two gemstones, two red candles and a picture of a passionate couple in that corner but I still havent attracted any romance into my life! am i doing the right thing with the rose crystal?

amazinwoman - try this crystal grid for love/romance - you will need 12 clear crystal quartz points, 1 heart shaped rose quartz and 5 pieces of rose quartz - lay out in a figure of 8 with the heart rose quartz in the centre, then alternate the 6 quartz and 5 rose quartz on each side. The affirmation that goes with this is: I am now in perfect alignment with love on all levels. Place in your relationship corner or in the bedroom.

You can also buy fragments of rose quartz and put them in your bra. Then you have them close to your heart and can attract love when out and about

If you ever lie on the bed and meditate/relax it's nice to put rose quartz on your diaphragm and maybe place your hands over it.

I love my rose quartz, when i saw it in the shop i just had to buy it, and now it is my favourite. Make sure you cleanse them correctly and imagine the impurites washing away and also make sure you let them know what you want them for. Next saturday 3rd of march is a full moon (i think please correct me if i'm wrong) so put them on your window still and let them take in the energy!
