Just recently started doing Qui Jong classes - been going for 5 weeks.

Its loosely similar to Tai Chi in that it involves a series of exercises and concentration exercises that are supposed to gather energy or Chi to you. As well as practicing the exercises you also need to try and create a positive state of mind and remove negative energy from your mind.

I am finding it fablous and it I have already felt the benefits I am much more positive, seem to be turning around a very bad work situation and my relationship is improving. DP and I are doing it together which is an added bonus.

Any one else done this ? Interested in peoples experiences.

I'm a cynic by nature and am finding myself increasingly impressed by Qui Jong.

have done tai chi, and have got in to the whole idea of chi - chi is in most things and the best food is veges grown by you so yuo can put chi inti them. I think there must be something in it for so many people to practice different form s taht all respond to chi - if youmakes you feel good then it must be right
