Prayers for a young girl and her family please.

DD1(12) came out of school distraught today. A friend had collapsed during P.E. and despite the teachers efforts, was not resucitated.

Thankfully DD was not in the gym when it happened, but many others were.

I just wanted to ask for your prayers and thoughts for the poor girl, her family and many friends.

That's terrible. Do you think it would be ok to light a candle for her and her family at Church tomorrow?

The school Priest spoke to the children on Friday and there will be counselling available for anyone who needs it from Monday.

I can't stop thinking about the family. It just breaks my heart.

There were lots of councillors available in school today.

The funeral will be on Friday and school will be closed to allow pupils to attend.
