Daily Bible Reading - Recommendations?

Does anyone use any of the Scripture Union books? I am trying to decide between Daily Bread and Encounter with God.

Any experience/recommendations?

Hi new to mumsnet and just spotted your message. I have been using CWR's "Every day with Jesus" for about 20 years now and would recommend to anyone.

I have used Encounter With God in the past, found them useful - but as Was wondering says - maybe try each for a quarter and see what you prefer. There is a Christian prayer thread you could join if you fancy a bit of fellowship here on MN

I found EDWJ and I like the look of the Inspiring Women publication on their website.

Trying a different one every couple of months sounds like a good suggestion too.
