Jeremy Pemberton tribunal

Jeremy Pemberton is the Church of England priest who married his same sex partner while working as a hospital chaplain. His Bishop refused to renew his license, leading him to lose his job.
At the tribunal today Bishop Inwood described Jeremy's marriage "sinful and unwholesome".
How is this kind of homophobia acceptable? I despair of my church.

Bishop Inwood not looking good in the whole story. The tribunal won't now finish hearing submissions until September, so the outcome won't be known until late autumn. So sad that it has reached this point.
