How do I become a Kitchen Witch?

can anyone please point me in the right direction to access this. I've googled a bit but there's so much, I can't see the wood for the trees.

I cook and bake with love, I appreciate lavender and rosemary in particular. I would like to do more.. can anyone give advice?

I am really not into this thing, but I know a woman who went into Zen Cooking Retreats, where they cooked in silence (something to do with food energy).

Admitely, she cooks like an angel, but she is a mega bitch on every other aspect of her life, not sure if that is the kind of kitchen witch you are aiming to be?
