sorry if this is the wrong place - astrology and eclipse

I am an early sagittarius and seem to be surrounded by deaths and loss. Family and friends have passed since the start of the year. I was wondering whether the eclipse on friday will change anything for me. I am trying to hold it together for everyone else. Sorry if this is the wrong place. I understamd that I may be clutching at straws.

interesting question as belief in astrology is no more or less valid than belief in any of the other religions on this group.

of course the eclipse will have no effect, nor will the alignment of the planets, nor will anything else.

sorry for your losses and I hope you can find real world comfort. If you do have a faith and that helps - that's good.

I should say that these days i think astrology is a load of old woo, but there was a time when i was quite into it and used to write natal charts. You've clearly had a hard time, so if it helps you there's some info here about how the eclipse is interpreted astrologically. You need to know in what house in your natal chart it falls though to work out what area of life it is likely to affect. If you don't have a birth chart you can get one here for free - it helps if you know your time of birth.

It may be hard to see when you have had so many endings to deal with, but today is also the start of spring, a time of new life and renewal. I hope there is some tiny comfort in that.

Thank you specialsubject VelvetGreen. Your posts have really helped. I've never had a time like it before. I'm going to be out and about among spring flowers tomorrow so will focus on those signs of spring.
I will have a look at those charts though!
