Thinking about going on a retreat for Christmas.

I would like to spend Christmas on a retreat were I can interact as much or as little with other people, no party, no Christmas meal/tree/gifts etc.
Ideally close to London and a reasonable price as I am broke.
I don't mind simple rooms and food but I don't want to feel cold and uncomfortable indoors.
Any suggestions?

You might find some good ideas at the Retreat Association or in the Good Retreat Guide which also has non-Christian retreats.
