JW convention Twickenham

Anyone know if there is parking at the stadium and how much and who to buy from? This car park lark is like secret service. No mention of availability anywhere and don't want to park 5 miles away and take 40 mins by public transport, that's a joke!! Any JW's in the know?

Only jw's get car park tickets and it depends on your walking ability as to how close the car park they allocate you to is to the stadium.

Thanks Poirot, brought up as JW and have fond memories of Twickenham conventions, happy days. Making a huge effort with another friend to revisit and join in, but we are not part of any one congregation YET lol! Both sets of parents are but mine are abroad and the others are in Norfolk and so not allocated to that area. I have to say it's pretty painful and jolly expensive to do this and it seems so sad that we may not bother on account of the fact we can't park. Public transport for one day is time lost (from Norfolk) so only alternative is to get there by car or as near as we can. Ah well if it's meant to be it will happen!

Ah, ok, you have previous experience then. It's a very different experience as an adult. If you do manage to make it, I hope you enjoy yourself
