hi please don't flame me I am asking a genuine question and wondered if anyone would have some explanation for. I had a numb arm for no reason last night but thought nothing of it. speaking to my sister this morning she had the very same thing. is this something that has happened spiritually? I went to see a spiritualist a couple of weeks ago and they were very good at what they did. definitely could not of guessed any of the information they passed onto me. thanks for reading

I would say it depends what you mean by 'mean something'. By the sound of your post you would be more biased/hopeful for some supernatural 'meaning'. The only advice I can give you is that the most likely thing is coincidence.
Because personal physical feelings are subject and unique to the individual's interpretation, your version of 'numb' may vary greatly to your sister's version of 'numb', but you will both describe it as numb.

Was it at the same time? Where you both watching the same TV show? Laying on the same side for the same length of time?

Coincidence happens all the time (literally), many people just don't find the idea exciting enough!

It is probably less statistically likely that you would go through life without experiencing simultaneous arm pain with someone you know closely, than it is that you will.

The problem is, no one posts on an internet forum to say "I can't believe that I have never had arm pain at the same time as someone close to me, there must be an invisible magical force in the universe stopping it from occurring".

Our brains love spotting patterns, and aren't very good at spotting a lack of patterns. We latch onto these patterns as being meaningful, when they aren't.

Hi there, I often get body sensations when particular passed loved ones contact me. I am right handed and I sense male energies on that side.
I've conducted group healing sessions where people laying opposite each other have had the same sensations on opposite sides of their body. For example two people had a numbness one at the top left and the other at the top right of their heads.

I think it means that coincidences happen. Or that you should (both) see a Dr.

Posting this thread in this topic means that you will generally get a certain kind of reply. Except for random people dropping in from Active Conversations obvs.

Silly me for knowing how 'psycics' con people out of money.
